While most years this kid would get an OSU offer I doubt it happens this year. Bucks will take Burrows and Eli Woodard for CBs...with a smaller class they can't take 3 (meaning Ross is out). Big gain for MSU. This will happen often in Ohio this year, a lot of talent. Should look at Aregeros Turner too

Douglas may have eventually received an MSU offer but the staff is really concentrating on OH, Darian Hicks for the one CB spot for 2013. Hicks already has an MSU offer.

Ohio cornerback Ross Douglas, a 5-11, 180-pound speedster from Avon, gives Nittany Lions coach Bill O’Brien his first commit on the defensive side of the ball.

Douglas, a four-star recruit listed inside the top 30 in the country at cornerback, had offers from a dozen other schools including Tennessee, Boston College, Maryland and Purdue.

According to an interview on 247sports.com, Douglas was impressed with what he saw when he attended junior day on Feb. 19 and plans to enroll early at Penn State.
