I think it's still early, having not played any senior football yet. Maybe he developed late and the coaches like him! Why make it sound like we're desperate?

Yeah, this kid has offers from FSU, WVU, Kansas, and Pitt among others. Not exactly chopped liver, imo.

No Ohio State offer has to help us. Hopefully he decides to take his time with this decision. We will have a great shot if he watches the season play out. Our O line is in for a huge year.

You have to think none of the ohio guys will get OSU offers with their almost full class. So all the late bloomers from the midwest will be an easier battle, especially ohio

He also has a Louisville offer too and Charlie Strong is one heck of a recruiter. Meadows is the type of recruit that blows up his Senior year so it would be nice to lock him up before then.
Being called a sunshine blower is not insulting to me and I'm proud to be one.

he was an OSU lock if they offered but OSU was expected to offer in the last few weeks (and did not). My guess is MSU wasn't going to bother recruiting him, assuming OSU was going to offer. Now that they didn't offer, didn't story. Guy is a very high level OL prospect.

I think more related to NOrman. I imagine this staff is now focusing on the lines.

At one point, we were talking about the possibility of taking 3 OTs in this class and 1 OG. I think now it's down to 2 OTs and one OG. Norman, Finley and Meadows are all on our radar. The more that comes out regarding Norman though the worse it sounds for us.
