'13 Ontario DT James Bodanis (MSU verbal)

I just spoke with a source from Canada, and he let me know that defensive tackle prospect, James Bodanis is planning on taking an official visit to Michigan State this weekend. Michigan State defensive coordinator, Pat Narudzzi visited with Bodanis earlier this week and was able to set up the visit to East Lansing. I'm working on digging more up on Bodanis, and where he stands with Michigan State. I'll keep everyone posted as I find out more details.

This is a highlight video of James D. Bodanis, a defensive tackle / defensive end. Similar size of Mario Williams, Buffalo Bills (NFL). Looking for the possibility to transfer from University of Toronto to an NCAA school. Intended transfer January 2013 in hopes of participating on the teams' inter-squad scrimmage in April. He is in good academic standing, and will have three years to play 2 years at the future school. Video looks solid: but the competition is pretty mediocre so who KNOWS if he'll ever be a good player. I do know one thing, from the article I'll post below he seems like a HELLUVA good kid. I would also like to say I have NO problem at all with an occasional JUCO. I mean, ARW worked out just fine and they can be hit or miss, but this kid's obvious character tells me this is a good gamble:
