Good question braintrust. RCR last week I believe the staff was working with UT and thought they'd have it figured out as of last week. I'm hoping three to play two.

According to this article, 3 to play 2 is the best case scenario. Apparently this process could drag out a bit longer than expected, but Narduzzi doesn't seem discouraged.

Bodanis was a two-year starter at the University of Toronto, recording 22 tackles and four sacks in eight games last season.

There's still a chance for him to be able to play next year though, right? Because he payed his way through UT?

The NCAA rules seem to be based on attendance and not who paid.

By the way why does the NCAA regulate transfers from international, that is non-NCAA, schools?

Yeah, I see your point. But at the same time, why wouldn't it be treated as a normal enrollment? Seems odd that his playing at UT would affect his eligibility at MSU. But whatever, I'm sure the NCAA has a very wise and judicial reason for their rules...

This. If the point is to discourage transfers from member schools (protecting those schools), to other member schools, why would you make it difficult to transfer into a member school from out of the NCAA?

Seems that is simply penalizing a member school.
