that's what UM fans are saying - Webb told Rico Beard months ago that he thought MSU had awesome WR tradition and that he DID NOT grow up a UM fan. He recently transfered into Cass Tech, so he hasn't necessarily been complete indoctrinated into the cult, yet. However, he has likely been getting a ton of face time with UM people and ZERO face time with MSU people, so I'm not very confident about MSU's chances.

What will help MSU is flipping Delano Hill if the staff deems it a necessary move and brigning Finley into the fold. That's a nice start to the healing process. On another note, speaking of Hosey, why would anyone leave Harrison for Cass? FHH blew them out 43-7 and was nationally ranked for a good bit of the season. Wait, with that in mind, why do we pine over these um hitler youth anyways? Shouldn't we be more focused on keeping those guys out of FHH?

Not sure if serious.. Wilcher wouldn't let Hill flip even if he wanted to and with the kids Cass has sent to Iowa recently, chances are slim. That's starting to be a nice little pipeline for Iowa.
Finley recently said on Rivals that Illinois was his leader, which is a joke. His family has some Green, but it's still an uphill battle and that's sad. If he has an Ohio State offer then it's understandable, but a first year MAC staff at Illinois? Puzzling at best.
This isn't speculation. It's a proven track record at Cass that can be seen year after year. Send the best prospects to Michigan, funnel the B and Cs to Big Ten schools, but places which aren't long-term threats to Michigan (Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, etc.) and continue to play State like fools. Important to keep the offers going to these kids, but in terms of actively recruiting them.. well.. I don't really see the point.
