The Kentucky writer predicts that he'll sign with Kentucky, but he doesn't even have an offer from them. What?
Based on his offer list MSU should be an odds on favorite to land his commitment but ,maybe their writer thinks they will offer and land him, don't know.
Heh. Mayhaps he will reconsider Kentucky and be a Spartan.
Matt Dorsey on SpartanMag loves this kid. Brings him up no matter the topic.
Yes, he does.
If he is as athletic as Dorsey says he is with that size, he should be a great 'backer.
We just got the crystal ball jinx from Sean and Bill... great
Seans 2-1 (if you don't count him changing the Watkins prediction to Northwestern before he announced).
Visiting on Monday. Commit watch?
God I hope so. Half of this bloody fan base is so irritating right now.
laconophilia is everywhere...
Offered by Purdue yesterday, expect more offers to start rolling in for the kid... hope we can lock him up soon.
Offered by Kentucky this morning.

Really not complicated at all. MSU has a top 5 national D, Kentucky has zero chance of ever finishing in the top 5 in its own league.
SEC THIS SEC THAT BLAH BLAH BLAH.. if they were even a middle tier SEC school I could see them as a draw but they are a bottom feeder in the conference so yeah I guess being a team in that conference no matter how crappy you are is a draw.
What you have to understand is they get more tv coverage when they play teams like Bama, LSU, Texas A&M, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, etc. If a Kentucky player can consistently perform well against those teams that leads to exposure and good chance of getting drafted.
Class of 2010
But UK has never be able to consistently perform well against those teams. They usually get blown out
I was actually going to reply that the weeks when those top rated teams play Kentucky, we usually get a break from them on TV. I can't remember the last time I even saw UK on TV.
Serious question. What time does a commit watch officially end?
Per Espn it is down to MSU and Purdue. Purdue with the slight lead. Seems crazy that a LB would choose Purdue over MSU but stranger things have have happened to MSU in terms of recruiting.
Chris Frey, Jr. (Columbus, Ohio/Upper Arlington) is slowly building momentum on the recruiting trail. Frey now has a pair of Big Ten offers, and one

"What is green and white and red all over? The Spartans pounding their chests after this bloodbath" -Mitch Albom 11/2/13
Well Purdue's 247 insider just picked MSU with his crystal ball prediction. TIFWIW
Crystal ball again? On another note that's kind of funny because the UK writers and fans all thought he'd commit to them on the spot.
That's true, but they have a brand-new coach. They just got a commitment from a top QB in Drew Barker, flipped Marcus McWilson, and landed Thaddeus Snodgrass and Mikael Horton. Whatever the new coach is pitching, it's working so far.
ahhhh yes the immortal 'crystal ball'
The Crystal Ball. It's dead to me.
So he's a Purdue lock.
