VIP article on Wisconsin 247 says a recruit is about to decommit, can't read it but I'm assuming it's Craig Evans.
One of Wisconsins top rated commitments told Badger247 Sunday afternoon he plans to decommit and re-open his recruiting process when he hears from Head Coach Gary Andersen.

Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.
Glenville OT Marcelys Jones commits to o$u. not sure how many offensive lineman they are taking in 2014
Makes it less likely they take both Trout and Richardson. Good news for MSU.
my thoughts exactly
can someone explain to me why we keep recruiting a QB per year? It seems almost inevitable for at least one transfer, if not more...and the supposedly impending commitment of Henderson continues that...is he just that good? what about Terry? I thought he was supposed to be that good...except he's behind Maxwell, O'Connor, and Cook in theory....what gives?
We've actually gotten really lucky that our lack of QB depth hasn't bitten us. 2008, we had a redshirt frosh in Cousins as the backup. Then, this year a redshirt frosh in Cook. It's better to have too many QBs and have one transfer, IMO, than to end up with a walk on taking meaningful snaps. Having an NFL QB in Nick Foles getting run off our depth chart is a good thing.
In theory, yes. But you always want that depth. Look at our O line woes, or Iowa's RB situation. Or even our own QB situation in the bowl game against Alabama which was just one game of one season and we pretty much went down two QBs. You never know what's going to happen and that's the most important position on the field. In a weird way, it's almost a relief if they all pan out to be good and someone ends up transferring because you're always one play away from an injury that requires another important playmaker to take the field and lead your team.

QB is the most important position. You want more chances to hit on a good one and you want depth.
Maxwell's leash was too long this season and I think we just found that out for certain tonight.
Wait.... What? Terry hasn't even signed an LOI, let alone practice with the team.
Those players all have time (yearS) in the MSU system. It's kind of the default that he would be listed at the bottom of the depth chart as he hasn't even stepped foot on campus or looked at a playbook yet. He could surprise everyone and take the lead in the fall, but for now it's safe to assume he has the least experience with our team and running our offense. That's why it would be assumed, as you say, he is behind everyone else.
Nobody posted this so @ESPN_Lo: “@Derek11W: 2014 DL Lawrence Marshall Jr to visit #MichiganState on Sunday.”
Nice to have him back on campus again, staff seems to have a good relationship w him.
Thanks for the update and to that, we've got Antonio riles 13' coming in to visit and we'll have some additional guys there for him to meet along with reschke it sounds like.
Yes sir. qb's get hurt and leave early for the NFL.
Or not live up to their hype....
um just flipped Dan Samuelson from Nebraska making commit #6 for their 13' class on the OL. Given Urban Meyers penchant for southern recruiting it cod mean great news for us with both Trout and Richardson.
And David Dawson isnt happy about it, according to twitter.
Didn't even see that. What a fortunate side effect.
What did they say?
Seems they got deleted

What are these dudes thinking???
Samuelson committed to Pitt and a couple days later switched to Nebbie now flips to scuM???
scuM has recruited like 11 guys in two classes back to back on the OL. All pretty highly rated and thinking they are getting early playing time.
Or do you mean getting?
Any word who is on campus today for Junior Day? What are the chances we get a 2014 commit this week?
Fight for the only colors, Green and White!
IMO it is unlikely that MSU will receive a commit this week. But if it does happen, it will likely be tomorrow or tuesday at the earliest.

I think if we get a commitment this weekend, it will be Antonio Riles (2013 on his OV) or DeShone Kizer or Caleb Henderson(if he's visiting)
