No GB huh? Worst draft ever in my opinion. How could so many retards go before Jerel?

Talked to one of Jerel's HS coaches after the 1st round ended who was at Jerel's home this evening.
Naturally, Jerel was disappointed that he didn't get chosen in the 1st round.
Jerel said that he expects to be chosen fairly early in the 2nd round. He said that he will make the teams that passed on him in the 1st round sorry they did. He is pumped to begin a NFL career.
Privately, Jerel has said that one reason he left MSU early was it's a chance to help out his family financially.

Jerel loves MSU and loved his time at MSU. If it wasn't for his family's financial situation, he would have come back for his final season.

I think lists like these are way too subjective for college football. They don't take into account offenses (is it really surprising that JLS's spread players weren't often drafted? Or RR when he was at West Virginia?) and there has already been a huge uptick with the talent Dantonio has been bringing in. A handful of his early players (who had NO reputation to go on, they just had to believe that Coach D was going to be good) are graduating now (Cousins, Worthy, etc...) and now that he has proven himself the recruiting should be better and in the coming years you'll see more NFL talent put out.

You da man - good call. I would have liked to seen him picked by da Bears but he cannot do much better than being picked up by Green Bay. I hope they start comparing him to Reggie White in a few years.
