We are getting reports that 20 to 30 people have been injured in a shooting before 11 a.m. Sunday at the Sikh Temple, 7512 S. Howell Ave., in Oak Creek.

This is just horrible. Seems to be some sort of a hostage situation. During Sunday School too.
The Sikh community has been an extremely peaceful community (at least post-Operation Blue Star and Indira Gandhi's assassination, so nearly 30 years). They have suffered the most discrimination of any group post-911, just based on the turbans that they wear to cover their un-cut hair.
Not going to speculate, but I'm really curious about what kind of person would do this. I guess we'll find out in the coming hours. Everyone in this situation deserves to get the book thrown at them.
