I've just been informed by one of my libertarian friends that the government's mandate to tax us was arrived at fraudulently. OMG! Apparently, the proof can be found in Aaron Russo's 2006 film, "America: Freedom to Fascism."
1. Has anyone seen it?
2. Should I be expecting a refund for all the fraudulently collected taxes I've paid over the years?

You can expect a refund if you are a corporation, but not an average working person. The repubs, the parent party of the libertarians, is certainly pushing for that.
