It so sad to see that after decades of the liberals listening to and recording his show in hopes of using something he said against him and take him down has failed. Maybe next time.
That is ridiculous. Libs do not want to "take down" Limbaugh. Who on the left would even consider eliminating the loudest spokesman of right wing stupidity out there?
oh my bad, I'm must be mistaken. I was under the impression they've been boycotting his sponsors and demanding stations to quit carrying his show for the last month. But maybe I'm just a bit more naive than most people
So his program didn't take a huge hit from advertisers? He wasn't forced to apologize, more than once?
I must be crazy to be in a loony bin like this.
Yep, Limbaugh single handedly secured millions of female votes for Obama.
hey bob i saw this picture and I thought it summed up your political ideals perfectly.
Though I will concede he apologized I must ask, Did you even read the article?
umm maybe, I'm not so sure B.O. is any better in that department and guess what he is the one on the ballot and Rush Limbaugh is not
According to the book, female aides complained to the president about being left out of meetings or ignored.

I did read the article, I guess you didn't if you think Limbaugh came out of this unscathed.
No maybe about it, son.
If rush limbaugh saying calling a woman a slut for asking for free birth control is gonna host the GOP woman voters in the next election I'd have to imagine all the things that liberal talk show host say about conservative woman will cost them.
Sarah Pallin was given a horribly misognistic treatment by the liberal media. Michelle Malkin, Ann Coulter and Laura Ingram have all been called sluts and what not by liberal pundits. I dont see B.O. calling them like he did Ms. Fluke.
All those other women? politicians.
Fluke? A grad student at Georgetown.
But whatever, talk yourself into whatever untruths you want. I DGAF.
O RLY, Beside Sarah Pallin none of those woman have every ran for political office.
And even though what rush said was inappropriate Ms. Fluke opened herself up to those comments when she went in front of congress and asked for free birth control.
If a medical marijuana patient went in front of congress and demanded his insurance be requried to cover his weed would he not be called a dopper and and pothead and all other sorts of names?
Bob remember now you have no room to talk your the only person iv seen use a racial slur in wells.
Lots of politicians don't run for office, dumbass. But fine, for the sake of argument, politicians and radical political commentators. better?
between you, compound, viggo, et al., it's as if a tidal wave of stupidity has been unleashed on Wells the last few days.
By your standard we can call sandra fluke a politician. I mean she is an activist who speaks out publicly on her opinions. In fact she's done something far more political than Ingraham, Coulter, Melkien have ever done and thats testify in front of congress.
Well then, I guess we'll never understand why Rush apologized.
I'm still a bit confused. You are saying that it is ok to say sexist things about woman who are actively involved in public political debate? By that logic we can start saying racist things about B.O. right?
Limbaigh is still the most persecuted victimized guy on the radio pulling down $50M/year plus speaking and book deals.
How does the poor guy make it.
you seem to forget what happened to Ed Schultz when he insulted Laura Ingraham. He said much less than Rush did about Ms. Fluke and yet got a much greater punishment than Rush did (and Rush kept insulting Ms. Fluke for 3 days).
Hell, Keith Olbermann was suspended for donating to a Democratic candidate
MSNBC suspended host Ed Schultz after he called rival pundit Laura Ingraham during a radio broadcast Tuesday.
"If you have the right to be offended I have the right to offend you." - Ricky Gervais
You bet your ass you are. Why did Rush apologize?
Because he offended people and it was the right thing to do.
So in your opinion it was out of the goodness of his heart and moral fiber. Not because advertisers were fleeing in droves?
Of course it was because of the advertisers. Do you think for one moment that rush looking back on it disagrees with what he said? Though he may regret saying it on the air I'm pretty sure that he personally still agrees with what he said.
I'm not sure what your point is.
So he still believes that this woman is a slut and a prostitute and that she should upload sex tapes for Rush to watch?
I guess my point is that Rush is a scumbag and you look like a fool for defending him.
When she put herself in front of the congress and in front of America and asked that her school be required to pay for her birth control even though it violated the religious principals the school was founded on, she opened her self up to those criticisms.
Should Rush have used better words absolutely, But at the end of the day he had every right to say those words. Just as you have every right to not listen to him.
In all honestly with all the publicity he's gotten over this whole ordeal I'm tempted to think his rating's have gone up, so on behalf of Rush Limbaugh and all the other ditto heads thanks for all the free publicity you'v only made him stronger.
