In December, I ordered online some ammo and five Magpul PMAGS from The Kentucky Gun Co. When the shipment arrived there was only one box – a Federal Ammunition box. I was like, WTF? Where are the PMAGS I ordered? So I put the box of ammo in my safe and got on the phone to The Kentucky Gun Co. I spoke very politely with a very pleasant young lady who apologized from their “error” and said the PMAGs would be sent out that day. A few days later, I received the PMAGs (no charge, of course, as they had already charged my credit card for them along with the ammo) and all was well.
This morning, before heading out to shoot, I opened the Federal Ammunition box in my safe to get some ammo and guess what I found? The five original PMAGs I had ordered. It hadn’t dawned on me that Kentucky Gun Co. had stuffed the five PMAGs I'd ordered in the Federal Ammunition box. I thought it was just the ammo.
So, I just called the store down in Kentucky, explained to them that I’m a dumbass and rather than sending the PMAGS back to them, I’d like to buy them. After asking for the original order number and putting me on hold, the nice lady came back and said they would just charge the credit card I’d used on the original order for the five extra PMAGs.
Get this though: at the time of my original order, the PMAGs were selling on their website for only $18.32 each. Today, because of the market frenzy created by gun-grabber politicians all across the country, they are selling them for $34.99. Since the whole deal was my screw up, they could’ve asked me to either send them back or charge me the higher $34.99 unit price...but they didn’t. They are only charging me the unit price -- $18.32 -- in effect at the time of my original order.
Kudos to The Kentucky Gun Company. They have a gun nut customer for life now.
Not to mention, Bob, the young naked boobies on display most summer weekends at Harmon Creek (Jack's Branch), Lake Cumberland, KY.
And the tramp stamps. Don’t forget the tramp stamps.
Now THAT'S customer service...

You live a most exciting life.
You buy enough ammo that you can stuff 5 PMAGs in the box and not notice?
have fun at the range
Si vis pacem, para bellum ---
I think I failed to mention that the PMAGs are the scaaaaaaary black 30-rounders that wantonly and indiscriminately, without regard for the dignity of human life, attack The Childrenz.
pfft please... that is nothing compared to the outstanding customer service we receive at any government office.
"Magul PMAGS"?? that sounds scary
must ban now!!!!
mayor doomberg and diane i saw a guy get shot feinstein
Not since the sequester kicked in. Now I have to wait on hold 3 weeks to get a tax question answered
No, see, when the original shipment arrived, I didn’t open the box. It appeared to be factory sealed from Federal and I thought Kentucky Gun Co. had it in their warehouse, slapped a shipping label on it and sent it to me. It was a 1000 round box, but I didn’t notice that at the time. I had only ordered 500 rounds. So this morning I cut the packing tape on the box and opened it for the first time and there were the PMAGs smiling up at me.
I could’ve kept them and not even called Kentucky Gun Co. to make good. But I’m not an Obama voter where I expect free stuff.
you are a selfish gun nut... think of all the children denied a white house tour because you don't want to pay teachers and now those same children are going to be sitting ducks in a school that murky is going to shoot up with whatever scary things the KGC sent him.
They are the things that keep Dianne Feinstein and other Lybrul pussies, such as Chuck Schumer, up at night, unable to sleep, worrying about some of them busting out of the gun store and attacking The Childrenz.
You have to buy some and re-program them to attack drones flying overhead, not The Childrenz.
I have some extras now which I’d be happy to sell to you for $34.99 each.
I've heard that only the most dangerous type of Pmag, the windowed Gen 3s, are capable of reprogramming. Is this true or do they only attack The Childrenz?
Whoa. Good catch. Mine are Gen 2s without the window, so maybe they can't be programmed to attack anything other than The Childrenz.
Maybe they are like handgun magazines which are factory set to attack Lybrul Womenz who've lied to the court in swearing out a PPO against their "abusive" husbands.
No worries, the Lybrulz have assured me that Gen 2s are still plenty dangerous.
Nice stippling job.
Is that Morgan Freeman or Bill Russell?
They will help.
Join my club, we use them drones for skeet.
That's a custom Pmag, easily worth $150 in today's market.
Seriously though, as already stated, nice stippling!
I'll buy the other 5 off of you for what you paid for them.
