I agree with you. If you have expressly stated, via sign or verbal exchange with an individual, that you are declaring your private property as a PFZ, then you would be in your right to call the police if that person refused to leave. No problem. If you haven't - then you don't have that right. It's pretty simple. You should check out the law sometime.
I did. Unless it is posted that you CAN carry on private property, you can't.
You know what I'm going to ask for next don't you? LOGTFO!
I called the local cop shop and that's what they told me. You lose.
And I thought you were through responding to me. Knew you couldn't help yourself.

Death threats from militia types will motivate you to get strapped up!! Don't play with the Russia from my house crowd!!
According to the website at the Michigan Secretary of State, your local cop is wrong. Not surprising, they sometimes are.
Oh, and if you'd like me to stop responding to you, I'm down with that. Consider it done. Bye bye now.
Let me see, believe you or the local law enforcement? I choose....... local law enforcement. They have a modicum of credibility, whereas you have none.
Let's see believe Madhatter or anybody/anything else? I choose.......anybody/anything else
As if YOU have any crediblility.
