Granholm is not a person of color.
If Martin was innocent then what happened is terrible.
However, this was not cracker on black crime. This was Hispanic on black crime. Get it right.

His father is German-Catholic, his mother is Peruvian. Apparently though since we live in a patriarchal society, and the woman takes the husband's name, that makes George NOT Hispanic because his name doesn't sound Hispanic.
Hatter would argue that the Smith family I know that adopted the little Korean girl didn't adopt an Asian child because her name is now Smith!
