    So what. Are you denying that Zimmerman's smear machine isn't using these pictures to smear Martin as some sort of gangsta thug who deserved what he got? If you really believe that, I have a bridge for sale in Northern Michigan I would like to sell to you.

    And two other witnesses say Zimmerman was on top of Martin. This "investigation" has been a clusterfuck from the very beginning. And all of the shit could have been avoided if the cops had done what they are supposed to do in the first place., arrest Zimmerman the night of the shooting and have him properly arraigned. Instead they chose to simply cut him loose based on nothing but his side of the story. If they had done the proper thing none of these arguments would have occurred. No one would be pointing fingers and a proper investigation could have been done. Now, thanks to the Zimmerman smear machine, he will get off scott free and Martin will forever be portrayed as a drugged up thug and Zimmerman will forever be seen as a crime victim. It's pathetic.

    You completely contradict yourself. If he's going to be found innocent then in fact the police were proven to be correct in not arresting him. Your own logic has failed you yet again

    What is this Zimmerman smear machine you keep talking about? Where does one buy one of this machines? Are they expensive? They must not be because an insurance underwriter in his final semester at Seminole State College for an Associates degree in Criminal Justice seems to have purchased one.

    The media went out of their way to paint Martin as a nice kid and ignored the thug life bullshit.

    Look nobody really knows what happened that night except for Martin and Zimmerman. One's dead and the other charged. It seems likely that the DA overcharged with second degree murder - if they go to trial with that they will probably lose. I think they could probably get an involuntary manslaughter conviction though.

    I will give you credit though you are consistently knee jerk on your postings - not much nuance or differences of opinions for you with the left. No pro-life, pro-gun or anti tax musings to muck things up.

    Do you ever think before you post? Apparently not. If he's is found not guilty after a proper investigation and trial that is the system working. The system didn't work because the bigoted cops cut Zimmerman loose the night of the shooting without doing any sort of investigation based solely on his word that it was self defense. Had they done what they were supposed to do, arrest Zimmerman and arraign him, none of the media flap would have occurred. That is what the Martin's wanted. An arrest and trial. Zimmerman is fully entitled to his day in court. But without all the media storm, it would never have happened and justice would once again be ignored. I know you are one of the bigots who think Zimmerman should never have been arrested or be going to trial and that says volumes about your lack of respect for what is supposed to be the justice system.

    Homophobia is right up there with "Native American" and "African American" as ridiculous terms that truly have no meaning.

    Homophobia quite literally means "Fear of Same"
    Native American quite literally means "Anyone born in America"
    African American quite literally means "everyone" as the human race originated in Africa

    Now if you want to say Homosexualityphobia, Aboriginal American, or Black American I'd be down with that.
