Well let's do a head count if you wish:
Native Americans killed by Spanish Christian Conquistadors: setting aside the obvious problem of killing by Christian v non-Christian Conquistadors leads us to the problem of what the population of Native Americans was in 1492 and what percentage was killed. 50 million seems to be an accepted number for the population in the Americas then.. Lets say 1/2 were in areas invaded by the Spanish, and generously say 50% killed gives a total here of about...........12 million.
Russians killed by Christians: not that many. Most were killed by anti-Christian Communists and nazis
Heretics killed by Christians: tough one to answer. Peak population of Middle Ages Europe likely about 100 million. Much of this not subject to the "heretic" purge. So let's say generously 10% of 50 million = 5 million.
So we have very generously a number of:
20 million.
Shameful? Yes.
Billions? No.
