Look it's been clear from day one that Obama was horribly unprepared to be president and has been an amateurish disaster, but I always thought he was very bright. But you've got to be a moron to talk down to the SCOTUS when they are pondering your monumental health care acheivement...one of the few things you actually got passed. What was he thinking? This is Biden level stupidity.

I was unaware of a propganda minister.
Could you please link me to the White House site where that position is listed?
Grow up. It is a hotly contested issue, its an election year and we also have a SCOTUS that settled Citizen's United 5-4. This is all political theater and the 5-4 decision by the the case mentioned is just more fuel to the fire that the President is willing to use to see if he can sway 1 justice to 5-4 uphold or maybe 2 for a 6-3 ruling.
But we know there will be those on the court working to convince another justice to strike down for a 6-3 in that direction too.
Its setting up to be an election of "conservatives" vs Obama if the president's campaign have their way. That's the way they want to frame the election. For them if they see The Medical Act of 2010 upheld 5-4 they claim victory.
Not that complicated or sinister.

Why am I not surprised that a Dem showed up and is trying to make this about the color of a man's skin?
Hey! You also forgot to accuse me of being a shtick! Didn't you get the memo from the Wells Hall Liberal Association? That's supposed to be SOP for any Dem who can't defend lib policies....its listed under the "If All Else Fails" section.

I'm not a dem. I'm a liberal with no party affiliation. I am not a dem because I don't know what they stand for, and I'm not a repub because I DO know what they stand for.
The entire problem the repubs are having with Obama for what he said about activist judges is that they are mad he stole their schtick.

ma is just going to blame the court for taking away "access", etc... from women and children and He alone must be re-elected to prevent the court from continuing their war on women and children. He needs bogeymen and this is a nothing but another political ploy for his uneducated base.
