Romney is clearly winning this. Obama's foreign policy is clearly a failure.

Dunno that he was gutting Romney, but it's clear his main theme heading into tonight was "I'm the adult in the room." Romney played into it a little bit by being a procedure weenie (NO ONE likes a guy whining about whose turn it is).
I'd chalk it up as another modest victory for Obama.
