In any event, I seriously doubt that you would sanction a marraige between a daughter and an islamic religious fanatic who is willing to issue a fatwah to the extent that upon consumation of the their marriage, you would no longer be permitted to see your daughter or your future grandchildren unless you converted to Isalm? I'm really having to spell this out for you, which indicates that you really haven't thought this through. Yes, when you oppose mixing of difference races (marriage, socials, rights, etc), you show an intolerance towards the races that you take the position on.

I would be concerned if my daughter married anyone labeled as a fanatic bent on the destruction of others. If she married a caring and rational Jew,Muslim, etc., they would have my blessing. I would even tolerate a conservative republican son in law as long as he wasn't a "fanatic" (no political discussion at the Thanksgiving table, thank you). I agree, many families struggle to come to terms with such scenarios (as I would), but if both are caring, loving, well grounded individuals, I personally would give them my full support. Why would I automatically assume a Jew would be hell bent on the destruction of Iran, or a Muslim would feel the same way about us? That would be racist. If such thoughts label me as "condescending self rightous biased.... a bigot and just full shit" so be it. I'll try harder to be more clear/open minded when attempting to "indulge in a meaningful discussion."
