Voters now blame bad economy on Obama

  • It's official. The economy is no longer the fault of Bush or congress. What will demms blame now?

'It found that 66 percent believe paltry job growth and slow economic recovery is the result of bad policy. Thirty-four percent say Obama is the most to blame, followed by 23 percent who say Congress is the culprit. Twenty percent point the finger at Wall Street, and 18 percent cite former President George W. Bush.'

34% of Americans believe something, so that makes it true?

Here's something else that's now official...

"34 percent of people say they believe in ghosts, according to a pre-Halloween poll by The Associated Press and Ipsos."

    Ghosts are real, says lars.

There is that, but it is mostly for selling us out to the bankers. We used to control our own currency. He facilitated and signed into law the end of that. I still hold it against him.

And 60% blame Obama's policies. That's quite a change from when you demms all cited polls that blamed Bush. Now that polls blame Obama and his policies. You suddenly deny, deny, deny. At some point you have to own the economy as president. I would say almost 4 years in ..it time for you to sack up and accept that this is the Obama economy.

    34% isn't a majority...

We can easly claim that 41% or more blame the Republicians and 66% do not blame Obama...

How to make additional changes if you're not satisfied with the number you made up, by lars:

...then, after you're done changing 34 to 60, you change it to 66. How do you do that? You just say it's 66. Brilliant!

You libs are providing plenty of comic relief tonight. Watching you run away from your president's economic record nearly 4 years in. If by some miracle Obama had been able to turn the economy around to robust growth. And polls showed 66% of the people crediting policy for it. You would be crowing from the tops of the trees that Obama did it. Instead, 4 years into his presidency you are still running away from taking any responsibility for Obama's policies.

At least the voting public has come around to crediting policy that Obama is in charge of as the the reason. Followed by President Obama as an individual being to blame.

The libs or idiots if you prefer on this board have been blaming Bush for the economy for some time now. Now that polling data no longer holds Bush accountable and puts the blame on policy and Obama. The libs are squirming. Its good entertainment.

Who is running away from President Obama's economic record? This is a thread about polling data, not about economics.

And the polling data shows that the Republicians are being blamed more than President Obama for the lack of actions to help improve the economy...57 to 34 precent...

As to the economics, and not the opinions about them, anyone with a brain understands that the deflation of the hyper-inflated real-estate market which was hyper-inflated during Bush, so he gets the credit for the hyper-inflation, is going to take a long time. The smart people at the Fed say 10 years, of which we are in year 5. President Obama has done an outstanding job of keeping the economy growing in the face of fierce opposition to his policies and to growth by the Republicians.
