Most folks though want the freedom to do what they wish when they aren't at their job and don't need or want their employer looking over their shoulder all the time. So if you are on such shaky ground that you have to constantly be on guard so your boss won't have an excuse to can you, you are to be pitied.

Thank you for having pity on somebody who gets to do 99% percent of the things they want to do and gets to live in the top 5% (estimate) of world conditions and income.
Good luck to you finding a job that let's you have 100% freedom on and off the job and if you have found that work, more power to you!
