As a holder of a CPL I HAVE to abide by those rules. It isn't worth it to try to do otherwise. The amount of scrutiny and cost that I went through to get a CPL was comforting to me that only a select few citizens are eligible to do this. There is nothing "Rambo" about any of this. It is one person's attempt to provide safety and self-defense to themselves and their loved ones.

Well you need to tell your fellow gun nut that he can't carry his piece anywhere he wants to do so. If anyone brings a concealed weapon on my private property, they will find themselves behind bars pretty fast. Your right to carry your metal penis doesn't trump my private property rights.

I agree with you. If you have expressly stated, via sign or verbal exchange with an individual, that you are declaring your private property as a PFZ, then you would be in your right to call the police if that person refused to leave. No problem. If you haven't - then you don't have that right. It's pretty simple. You should check out the law sometime.
